Issue Plesk not start after to error with autoresponder and reboot

Hi!
Today my server consume all memory and cpu and I restar from vmware vcenter.

After to reboot plesk not start and redirect to repair kit.
At repair kit appear mariadb and sw-engine.service stoped.

I restart these services and appear a login page but never access to plesk and all web servers are down.

The versioon is 17.8.11 running at centos 7

Please I need some help to continue...

I found a bug about error with autoresponder, maybe the problem was when autoupdating? Is convenience try update?

I dont have backup, I need backup all data, but from terminl exist way to backup?

And what is the next step? How to can reactivate my panel?

Normally you would start by analyzing the relevant log files and posting here the findings and maybe someone from the forum can help. If you have access to cli you can try the plesk repair commands https://www.plesk.com/blog/various/avoiding-disasters-with-plesk-repair-utility/
If there is an important production system I would recommend direct contact Plesk support.

After to wait one hour the plesk panel work again, and has all services stopped.. Start services and all work again....
