Issue Plesk notifications

Receive emails normally from sites hosted but no actual Plesk notifications when domains created, backup completed etc

What could be the issue?

it can be due to an issue of notification : Notification are html attachment file and not appear in body mail
in our case, we recieve the mail, but there is an bad rules in header, so it your provider have an more restrictive rules, sometime you not recieve notification for this.

I get email from a diff server but not this one with the issue. No html or text whatsoever
