Question plesk on sub domain

I have plesk installed on my main domain, this means i can not use the domain for my website.
How do i set up so plesk runs on my subdomain so it free my main domain?

I have setup a subdomain and try adding it to Customizing Plesk URL but tells me to To apply this way of logging in, choose the first option ("All domains and subdomains..."), log in to Plesk via https:// plesk.mydomain.com, and then choose the second option. When i try to login via the subdomain i get this error

This site can’t be reached​

plesk.mydomain.com took too long to respond.

can anyone help?

got it sorted was my hosting provider error they now sorted now i can use my domain for my website.
