Question Plesk Onyx 17.5.3+Roundcube/Sieve Problem

Hello,
i have a Big Problem with Plesk Onyx and Roundcube.
When i log into Roundcube and go to Settings the Filter wont Show up, when i do a telnet the Sieve Plugin is there and Active, but still not accesible from Roundcube, is there a problem with the config? or how do i get the Plugin Show up in Perfences?
on the Pictures, one with the missing Filter red Marked, and one how it looks on my Server Actually.

Tried it on a fresh installed server Ubuntu with the Latetest plesk onyx 17.8.11 Update #13 and there the same the Filter Button is still Missing.
