Resolved Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Backup to FTP

Backup Manager has an issue sending the dump to ftp. Schedule backup didn't send anything to ftp.
The zip file is about 40GB. I have tried to take manual backup but it seems that it has been stuck.
The circle is going round and round for an hour now.

Manual backup worked. Now I need to wait for schedule backup.
