• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Onyx Access URL

txpander

New Pleskian
My domain expired not long ago and since it expired I'm not able to login to my Plesk Panel anymore. It redirects me to the URL set for the Plesk Interface whatever I try. I need to change to login URL or revert it to IP from the command line but I don't know how.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi txpander,

pls. login over SSH ( use the IP and the "root" - user and it's password ) and use the command:
Code:
plesk bin server_pref --update -hostname servername.FQDN-which_resolves-to-your-IP.com

SUCCESS: Server preferences are successfully updated

But plesk is still redirecting me to the old domain.

Hi txpander,

pls. login over SSH ( use the IP and the "root" - user and it's password ) and use the command:
Code:
plesk bin server_pref --update -hostname servername.FQDN-which_resolves-to-your-IP.com

I've done that already. It's something that happened with my old server and I had to reinstall everything.

Hi txpander,

did you manually change configuration files from "sw-cp-server"?
Did you install and use the ( additional ) Plesk extension "Custom Plesk Host"?
