Plesk Panel 10.4.4 Domain Traffic

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In Tools & Settings > Traffic Usage by Domains > The Used column is at 0 for all domains

ACTUAL RESULT
All traffic is at 0

EXPECTED RESULT
Traffic should be calculated and the number should be above 0. Yes, we have traffic to these sites.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If tried the following and nothing happens. I let it sit for 3 hours before I terminated the command
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.tld

Same problem here,

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one ........

runs for hours, but doesn't create server load or any outputs

traffic stats statistics aren't updated .
