Plesk Panel 11.5.30 Problem Named

Hello,

My plesk panel 11.5.30 have a big problem, when i create a new web hosting.
The named don't read the files.

Example:

zone "XXXXXX.com" {
type master;
file "XXXXXXX.com";
allow-transfer {
XX.XX.XX.XXX;
common-allow-transfer;
};
};

The named don't read the file and said , don't find .

But when i give the link of the files "/var/named/chroot/var/" like this:

zone "XXXXXX.com" {
type master;
file "/var/named/chroot/var/XXXXXXX.com";
allow-transfer {
XX.XX.XX.XXX;
common-allow-transfer;
};
};

The file can be read.
What is the problem? It's very strange.

Can you help me for that?

Could you please clarify - what is the reason do not use default named operation and modify named configs manually?

Because if i can not use default named , the service named don't start and don't refresh domain for be access.
