Plesk Panel 11.5: File Manager and FTP can't upload file .zip

Hello After upgrade to Plesk Panel 11.5.I have this problem

When using File Manager in ControlPanel and FTP client. The customer can't upload anything file


Please help me to fix this

when add new domain, any file can't upload.
