Plesk Panel can not start - ERROR 500 - Internal Server Error

It's second time, Plesk Panel byself can't start and show 500 ERROR (Internal Server Error). THis time it happend after plesk micro update at night 3.06.2012.

2 weeks ago i have the same problem and want to repair it by bootstrapper (as some Plesk technical support in this forum advice) and my whole server GO DOWN! Not only Plesk Panel shows 500 ERROR, but all the webpages too. I must reinstall server fast.

Now i want to avoid this situation.

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log show this ERROR

2012-06-06 12:48:00: (mod_fastcgi.c.1007) if you try do run PHP as FastCGI backend make sure you use the FastCGI enabled version.
You can find out if it is the right one by executing 'php -v' and it should display '(cgi-fcgi)' in the output, NOT (cgi) NOR (cli)

Server in OVH: CentOS release 6.2 (Final), Plesk 10.4.4, all packages up to date (yum update).

I try do this thing on post http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=562312&postcount=10
Then i do:
/etc/init.d/psa stop
/etc/init.d/psa start

And 500 ERROR shows again :|

Did you try bootstrapper repair procedure? Did it help?

Yes, previous i try it and it blow up my whole server
