Plesk Panel gives HTTP 500 error...website itself is functional

We have our site through Network Solutions, the container is funning Centos 5, Plesk is 10.3.1 The panel was working and then stopped. The website under it is functioning fine. So it seems like the panel software itself is corrupted. I have restarted the container a number of times and have restarted Plesk itself within the container via the command line.

Is there a way to reinstall the panel software without losing the current configuration.

FWIW...My knowledge or Linux is limited as I have not had to support it in the past, but I can follow directions very well
