• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Panel - Mailbox Configuration

This could be related to setting for SMTP Authentication?

An MXtoolbox smtp check for your domain seems to be working ok.

This error should place some lines in the error log.

I see you have a webmail DNS entry - can you send through the webmail interface?

Do you get any error messages from webmail?

Also, do you have any entries in /var/log/mail.log

Don't worry about the reverse dns for the moment. This entry is connected to a PTR record and is usually handled by the owner of the IP Address. It's usually the hostname of the server. This shouldn't effect the sending of mail from the server, just the likely hood that messages are filtered as spam.

Any entries in /var/log/mail.log?
