Plesk parallels where are you? troubles ubuntu plesk

Sorry guy's,

I'm not happy with the current update to plesk 10.0.1. I would i didn't upgrade. There are lots of bugs with it!
Paralells makes promotion with "free plesk 10 migration" support. But i filled in 3 times a bug. and i didn't get any answer.
Now we have a server with a broken apache configuration, broken backup manager, broken migration manager.
Anyone who have the same issues on a ubuntu plesk server? We migrited from Centos with plesk 9.5.3

Our issue's are:

backup fails

Did you tried contact support team? Provide me ticket ID if yes and I will escalate it.

Many thanks for responding! I don't know my ticket number. I filled in 4 times the free support form. Ahd it tells me that the ticket number will be mailed. But i didn't revieve any mails with ticket numbers. I believe this applies for the free support because it happend by the plesk 10 upgrade. Or am i wrong?
