Hello- I have a customer using Plesk on a Windows server, if he changes the mail password in Plesk, it does not reflect in hMailserver. If he manually runs the command mchk.exe to rewrite the config from the Plesk DB, all is well. My questions are: 1. Has anyone else experienced this? 2. If so, is it a bug or is this just the way it works? 3. Is there a known workaround? I was thinking of running the mchk process once an hour, but I have no idea the impact of this to users.
