Resolved Plesk Premium Antivirus doesn't start

"Unable to start service: Unable to manage service by drwebmng: ('start', 'drweb'). Error: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/drwebmng[4869]: Unable to start drweb antivirus daemon"

OK - I followed the instructions at:
Unable to start Plesk Premium Antivirus
but it was unsuccessful and so I need some help.

I added (the insecure) TLSv1 to the file
/etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf

and the problem is resolved

I was happy too early ...
today in the morning, Premium Antivirus was stopped and can't be restarted.
Now the drweb.ini file is missing and Key file: /opt/drweb/drweb32.key - Key file was not found!

my (mail) server is now open like a barn door
so I need a hint how to get the Key file drweb32.key

something inside of plesk changed the content of
/etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf
(TLSv1 has been deleted)
I added TLSv1 to the file again and everything is fine now.
