Issue plesk premium email

Hello
I have installed the premium email extension and now it seems the folder structure have changed and instead of .Spam folder I have INBOX.Spam folder which now shows the spam folder under inbox in kolab interface.

How Can I change this so that spam folder is at same level as Trash,Sent, etc.

Yes this issue is very annoying on Mac Mail and iOS devices!

Plesk support provided me workarounds but its a pain and not clean.

Hopefully they fix this soon!
