Plesk re-install fails

I work with plesk 7.5.4 and did uninstall and remove the vhosts and the plesk folder.
Now when I want to start new installation like mentioned on sw-softs site I get ther message " A previous version of plesk detected! Use the latest patch to ...."

Please help me! I need to set up a new plesk installation, how can i completely remove the old one?

The best way is to format disk and reinstall Windows.
