do they have any way to fixed this out
i have bought 30 domain before and putting it but there's no problem at all

you can do nothing as far as i understand.. the option 'spamassassin support' is disabled in your plesk license, so that you cannot operate spamassassin settings through plesk gui, cli and api... you need to contact swsoft and buy SA support for your plesk..
