plesk scheduler error

Hello,

I am not able to run cron job using windows plesk. I found this in even viewer.

IDispatch error #19 (COM Error 80040213, Description: The transport failed to connect to the server.
)
at Unable to execute event
at (runtask::start line 222)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe

the reason may be in relay settings for 127.0.0.1. Try to enable port 25 for this IP address, so it is possible to send reports and enable relay for local senders only.
