Resolved Plesk server won't propagate?

Hi,

I've been trying to set up a wildcard SSL for a domain but the TXT record does not propagate for some reason. I use Plesk as the master.
I've tried to create other zone records to see if these would get propagated but no luck, it seems stuck for some reason.

Here's what I see in the CLI


Any help would be highly appreciated. Maybe I should mention I migrated from one VPS to another, and on he other VPS it all worked perfectly.
