  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Site Preview - Images Not Being Loaded Correctly

jase42

New Pleskian
I am in the process of building a WordPress website.

As part of showing the website to my client, I have been using Plesk's built in "Plesk Site Preview".

The problem with this, is that any images that (from what I can tell) appear to be loaded by css or jquery do not work.

I have been building e-commerce products with variations. Upon choosing a variation, the product image changes to match. EG: Choose black from the variation drop down, get shown a black product photo.

As an example, when using Plesk Site Preview:

The white product photo URL is:
http://123.456.789.10/plesk-site-pr...6.789.10/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/white.jpg

The black product photo url is:
http://123.456.789.10/plesk-site-pr...6.789.10/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/black.jpg

However, when using Plesk Site Preview, and I choose the variation drop down, (which I'm guessing must make a call for the black image) it tries to load www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/black.jpg instead of http://123.456.789.10/plesk-site-pr...6.789.10/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/black.jpg which leads to the image not being displayed.

Is this a Plesk issue or WordPress issue?
