• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk SSL issues

Basic Pleskian
Hello team,

While accessing plesk I am getting an error :

SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

Please provide me solutions as soon as possible,

Thanks

I got the solution on this problem

Just go to command prompt and run this command :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\sso.exe -d

I am getting this error on Linux

I migrated a website from another of our Plesk servers to the current one. Now I'm getting this error on one site (but not all with SSL certs). Any ideas how to fix?

Ypu may use a security protocol which is not compatible through the site's certificate. For resolving this issue try to edit security options for your browser. For IE: internet options->advanced->security-> mark checkboxes SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0
