• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk statistics for domain after 8.6 > 9.2 migration

I have migrated a domain from Plesk 8.6 on centos 4 to plesk 9.2, Centos 5.4 and everything went without a hitch (whew!) except for the site usage stats. It looks like AWstats is generating correctly, but when the script gets to generating the site usage statistics it dies. When i manually run the statistics script to regenerate, i get errors like:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all
...
statistics: Unable to get dir size of /var/qmail/mailnames/<domain name>

any ideas?

The new host is actually Centos 5, not 4. I get the following error:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have requested this file for CentOS 5 from developers. I will update workaround and this thread with file when I receive it.

I have updated workaround with statistics for CentOS 5. Please try it and let me know how it goes on.
