Resolved Plesk --> TS³ (Port) Problem

Hey, I'm new with plesk,
i added my domain to plesk and uploaded a website there. Now I want to reach my ts³ server on port 9987 UDP via this domain, but it doesn't work. Is Plesk blocking any ports? I just put an A record on the IP.

Is the firewall active (Tools&Settings->Firewall)?
If yes, you need to add a rule that lets 9987/udp through. See (Plesk for Linux) The Plesk Firewall
If not, look around in your hoster's control panel whether there is another firewall before your server.
