Plesk Update and Upgrades Website Problem

jan5050

New Pleskian
Hello Community,

i got a problem with my Plesk Update and Upgrades Website when i try to open it from the plesk backend i get this error: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

This is the url
https://mydomain.org:8447/?secret=agdloouyrpxtwczdiozo

When i check with netstat if the port is open i get this:
tcp6 0 0 :::8447 :::* LISTEN 23596/autoinstaller

Then i check the process:

root 23594 0.0 0.0 4328 752 ? S 13:32 0:00 /bin/sh -c "/opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller" "--service-mode" "--enable-xml-output" "--ssl-cert" "/opt/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.pem" "--branch" "release,stable" --web-interface --with-ssl --disable-browser
root 23595 0.6 0.3 71872 18636 ? S 13:32 0:02 /opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --service-mode --enable-xml-output --ssl-cert /opt/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.pem --branch release,stable --web-interface --with-ssl --disable-browser
root 23596 0.0 0.0 51792 5052 ? S 13:32 0:00 /opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --service-mode --enable-xml-output --ssl-cert /opt/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.pem --branch release,stable --web-interface --with-ssl --disable-browser

Now there are options like "--disable-browser" i dont unterstand why he dont display me the website.

Plesk Version is 12.5.30 maybe someone knows the problem and is able to help me.

Thank you in advance.
Cheers

Odd, sounds almost like an issue we had many years ago...

which browser you using to access the server? - If running on a windows comp, check (and disable) any proxies in the browser.
For IE and Windows in general: control panel, internet options, connections, LAN settings, ...

... there was an issue with Chrome some years back, that had similar symptons when you wated to access sites via a proxy ...
