If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I've come across a similar issue. When attempting an update through Plesk (Tools & Setttings > Updates and Upgrades) I get the following issue (attached screenshot).
I did a lookup of autoinstaller.plesk.com and it reported the cname entry as an odin.net address. Both odin.com and odin.net do not resolve for me at this time.
After the update from 12.5 to 17 we have the same issue.
Both solutions (plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components) and (https://kb.plesk.com/en/122949) did not solve the problem. Can we try something else?
