Hi all,

We have this message with plesk update on three servers (Debian / Obsedian 18.0.42).

Plesk pre-upgrade check
WARNING: The proftpd FTP service will fail to start in case the support for IPv6 is disabled on the server. Please check https://support.plesk.com/hc/articles/213397289 for details.

But there isn't "modprobe.conf" file.

How to solve this problem?

Hi,

The file /etc/modprobe.conf is deprecated, all config files belong in /etc/modprobe.d. That's why you can't find it.

Did you check the resolution at the bottom of that article?
Is there a line containing flags = IPv6 in /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa?
