plesk update problem (8.2 to 8.3)

hi

i am using licenced plesk..
i upgrade my plesk 8.2 to 8.3. then i get this error :

Fatal error: Cannot find a key for product "Plesk" in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3 on line 40

i am using plesk iis mode and mysql database..

plese help..

i do everything
but i can't access plesk control panel..
i have a xml key like .PLSK.00xxxxxx.0004
swsoft mailed me and zipped xml format..
how can i insert this key againt with command prompt?

plese help.i can't get backup.
if will get backup i will formatted my server but i can't gel backup..


note: i mailed this problem to sqsoft support and i am waiting.

Try this:

Start > Run > cmd
> cd %plesk_bin%
> keymng.exe --install --source-file=PATH_TO_XML_FILE
