Issue Plesk update wont work, because language files

I have a problem, my provider says, the only way to fix, to reinstall the whole server.

Here is the problem:

This problem seems to be caused by a filesystem error, the language files "don't exist" :

Seem the Server is running inside a container,

What can i do, to fix this plesk language files update problem?

If it is Virtuozzo or OpenVZ container, filesystem should be fixed from hardware node side only. You can do nothing from inside VPS.
