Plesk Updater Fail

Dear sir,
I'm using PLESK 8.2 for Windows..

When I click on Plesk Updater

I got this error below.

Error: Unable to retrieve a list of available updates: Unable to run `pleskautoupdate` utility: System.Exception: The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server. http://pleskwin.download.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/420FF3A6-FF3D-4B04-A9F2-896B2692EFB7.xml.crc
at PleskUpdater.Updater.check()
at PleskAutoUpdate.App.Main(String[] args)


Could anyone sugguest me the solution about this error please?

It seems that Plesk doesn't update itself for long time. And how could I upgrage from Plesk 8.2 =---===> 8.3?

Actually Plesk Updater feature is not available in Plesk for Windows. You need to download Plesk 8.3 installer directly from the Parallels site and run it:

ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.3/Windows/8.3.0/plesk_8.3.0_build071225.14.exe

This will upgrade Plesk to 8.3 automatically.

Hi I am getting same error and I use 9.2.1 (Windows)
