Plesk upgrade 9.5.4 to 10.1.1 ZEND Exception Error

Hi...
I use Ubuntu 8.04LTS 32bit. I have upgraded plesk 9.5.4 to 10.1.1 and now the panel and web doesn't running successfully.

1) After login in the plesk panel I have these errors:

2) I can't to visit the all web sites because I have this error:

The file /etc/apache2/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf and the directory /opt/psa/admin/conf/generated/ are empty.

I don't understand how to fix this situation....
