Plesk Upgrade Disaster II 8.2 -> 8.3 Windows

I upgraded to Plesk 8.3, now the Adminpanel isn´t workend any more, no backups or new Domains can be createt.

ERROR: com_exception
<b>Source:</b> Microsoft JET Database Engine<br/><b>Description:</b> Für mindestens einen erforderlichen Parameter wurde kein Wert angegeben.

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: com_exception

What´s wrong, need help.

looks like database is broken or permisions. check with MDB viewer if plesk\admin\db\psa.mdb file can be opened. try to move from jet to mysql with reconfigurator.
permissions should be :
psaserv - deny all
psacln - deny all
psaadm - allow all

Thanks, i have tried to switch to mysql, didn´t work, so i create a new jet database an now it is working...
