    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

For all users of MYSQL Community server 5.7+ on ubuntu (14,16):
If your installation fails due to invalid datetime migrations go to
/opt/psa/bootstrapper/pp17.5.3-bootstrapper/migrations/17.5.0/
and void the encrypted contents of the file [DATE]_48_change_dates_default_value.php.

Afterwards, enter your plesk DB via phpmyadmin or shell and manually change the default value for `APSCatalogUpdates`.`received` to '1970-01-01 00:00:00'.

Restart plesk 17.5 upgrade and it should work now.
