Plesk User not able to create webuser

Something strange here, how come from Plesk user is not able to create webuser? It's not appear from Plesk user, even I have granted the permission for them.

Anyone get the same problem like me?

I'm using Plesk 10.4.4.

Hi,

check your current Plesk user subscription resource tab and make sure web user option is allowed or not.

Yes It's allowed.. But the webuser still dissapear..
