Plesk users and vhost configuration

I'm trying to match the way Plesk behaves to that of cPanel.

Whenever i created a new user in cpanel, it's home directory would be in /home/user and the html files would be in public_html

also i could "sudo su" into that user without any issues.

How can I do this with plesk?

I have a fresh install of CentOS (except for NANO and mod_suPHP).

I basically want to change the document root to /home and that the html files are stored in public_html just like in cpanel.

Possible?
