Right, hi all!
Seem to be having probs with Plesk crashing (not found a direct pattern as yet), I attempt to login to the control panel and I get 'Service Unavailable':
I can log into server via ssh but the only options from here appear to be to reboot via Virtuozzo or SSH. There is a Black Cross next to System Resource/System Usage. Any ideas where I can find logs concerning PSA/VPS crashes, perhaps that will give me some clues?
I have also been unable to update to 8.1.1 from 8.1.0, according to 1and1 this is a memory issue, VPS does not meet requirements rather than a bug with Plesk - this was response from a support agent (!?!?!). This issue has been with 1and1 for over a week and still nothing!!! Anyone have this problem?
Very much appreciate any help!! 1and1 certainly don't appear to know what they are doing so far.
Many thanks,
Philippe

Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details.

Internal Plesk error occurred: Unable to connect to database: Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug
