Resolved Plesk web hosting edition Curl error

We have a problem on our 1and1 cloud server that we manage.
This morning Plesk updated our server with some updates.

- nspr 4.13.1-1.0.el7_3 from updates repo (currently installed version: 4.11.0-1.el7_2 from updates repo)
- nss 3.28.2-1.6.el7_3 from updates repo (currently installed version: 3.21.3-2.el7_3 from updates repo)
- nss-sysinit 3.28.2-1.6.el7_3 from updates repo (currently installed version: 3.21.3-2.el7_3 from updates repo)
- nss-tools 3.28.2-1.6.el7_3 from updates repo (currently installed version: 3.21.3-2.el7_3 from updates repo)
- nss-util 3.28.2-1.1.el7_3 from updates repo (currently installed version: 3.21.3-1.1.el7_3 from updates repo)
- tzdata 2017a-1.el7 from updates repo (currently installed version: 2016j-1.el7 from updates repo)

Now Curl will not work so we are now getting 503 Service Temporary Unavailable on any action that uses Curl.
We have set a test on one of the servers

I have fixed the problem, just needed a reboot of the server
