Plesk Win 7.5 - Subdomain missing needed credentials?!

When i set a subdomain, either on my own account or on a new user account with a subdomain of mine as their main domain - then the webfolders lacks security credentials, meaning no access. When i try to set permissions in File Manager, it says i dont have that permission (AS ADMIN!!!)
What is wrong?
