Plesk Windows 7.5.4 with .Net Framework

We Use Plesk 7.5.4 on Windows2003 Server and we have problem with Plesk 7.5.4 cannot support VB.Net Framework Ver 2.0 . How can we solve this Problem ?

Our customer crate website by VB.NET Framework version 2.0 and Database Ms-Access.(http://www.buddybb.net/buddynod32) it has Error. They think problem from Plesk 7.5.4 not support for .Net Framework 2.0 . then we check in Plesk Web Page (System => Server => ASP.NET) found Framework version 2.0.50727.42 but when we check at (our Domain => ASP.NET) Framework version is 1.1.4322.2300 .

We ask Plesk Support in Thailand. they told Plesk 7.5.4 can support only .NET Framework Version 1. if we need .Net Framework 2.0
we must upgrade Plesk version. Can we solve this problem without upgrade Plesk Version ?
