Plesk Windows 9.5.2 no updates

In my control panel, if I click on updates I get the message saying that "No Available Updates".

I know there are updates available and I really need to update asap to the latest versions. Server is Windows 2008.

Does anyone know how I can activate the updates so that I can choose what to update to please ?

Will the installation perform an upgrade or is there a separate upgrade process ?

Yep, the autoinstaller does both install and upgrade.

I have windows 2003 Server R2 x64 Service pack 2 and Plesk 9.2.1 and have the same problems: Plesk never updates itself through autoupdates, I tried in many way but nothing.
Can I download latest version 11 and run the autoinstaller through Remote desktop safely ?
