Plesk Windows PHP error 500

Hi,
on each page .php i receive error 500. It looklikes php does not work for some reason.

I use default php configuration of Plesk.

I also tried to enable error_log on php.ini but no way to see an error.

I search on event viewer and also there no error.

Where can i find a log file like error.log for apache ?

Why each php scripts returns only 500 code ?
