Plesk won't start.

I have this error:

I've changed the rights to the tmp directory:
chmod -x /var/tmp

System is FC6

update:

when I log into phpmyadmin, can't view none of tables. Got error:
MySQL query failed: Incorrect information in file: './psa/*.frm'

I'm new in Plesk.

I've tried to use autoinstaller, and got this:

It is posible? Plesk lost the license key ?

I've done it myself. Rebuild of mysql ib files helped.
