If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Hi,
i have migrated User from Confixx 3.3.9 to Plesk and now it works fine.
In the Subscriptions i have disable the Feature Backup for the Costumers, but it dosent take an effect.
So i Turn it on and off again. But there was also no effect.
I had an identical problem. If backup is once allowed, is not possible to disable it. So solution may be create new hosting plan with the same settings as customer using without backup manager. After this change hosting plan for customers subscription to this new and.... voilà - customer have no access to backup manager.
edit: if you apply back original hosting plan (with disabled bckp manager), settings is correct. Looks that solution is simple:
create hosting plan with similar settings (+disabled backp. manager - I think is not necessary needed)
