Hello,

Sorry for my bad English, but I'm french.

I have a little problem with plesk 10.2.0.
When I run the command pleskbackup and whatever the arguments that I put behind, I have the following error

the GUI it does not work either

Thank you

Did you try to create this missing file /usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/2011-06-06-160006.28/migration.result at least?

At each launch pleskbackup he recreates a different directory

2011-06-21-180832.496/ 2011-06-21-181933.485/ 2011-06-21-182651.173/ 2011-06-22-010102.13/

Unfortunately I have found nothing similar in our internal resources. It looks like there is some misconfiguration and it can be found only with detailed investigation directly on your server. Therefore I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team.

Same problem here

I've the same problem. BUT i have Plesk 9.5.something!

I have a vServer at Strato (my hoster) and wanted to make a backup via console. Here the command-line and the output:

Runtime error: The backup failed with errors!

I personally think there is some mistake in some module assuming SiteBuild is always present:
i looked into the created folder "/usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/2011-07-05-200655.509" and found a stderr-file having this as content:

May THIS help? Can it be something with the last critical updates or something like that? Maybe something that i HAVENT updated to the latest Plesk 9 version?

There are perl errors. It can indicate that you have broken perl subsystem or wrong version of PMM installed. Maybe something else. Investigation directly on your server is required.

Sorry, direct investigation is not possible to make you available. I assume that there was a misconfiguration in an update. But IF there is a wrong version of PMM, how can i kill my current and re-install the right one? (i updated to 9.5.3 lately from a 9.4.??? )

Just remove all PMM related packages with OS packages system command (rpm or dpkg) and install it back with autoinstaller.

I updated from plesk 9.5.3 to 10.1.1 ... dont know why, but now it works.
