when i try to login to my server via Plesk 9.5 the first page shows this message:

ERROR: PleskFatalException
StatInfo->getProductVersion failed: devices number <= 0

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskFatalException

Check with

# grep disable_f /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini

that you have commented line disabled_functions. This php.ini file is for control panel only so there is no need to restrict system access for Plesk CP php functions.
