Question pleskrestore with customer too possible

grazer75

New Pleskian
Hi,
i did a cli restore by

plesk bin pleskrestore --restore "backup_file.tar" -level server -ignore-sign

which worked perfect, besides customer was not created.

Is it possible to restore him too or at least to create the same and so he has the same panel password so he has no much change in his usage
before the change to a new server? (Cloud Linux to Ubuntu 20.04 as far as i could find out from old server)

On the server level backup and restore, all objects such as customers should be included. Maybe you can find hints why they have either not been backed up or not restored in the corresponding backup or restoration logs in /var/log/plesk/PMM?

the other server is on Cloud Linux and it seems there is a shell to use, but there are no files visible under /var/log/plesk

uname -o
Shows GNU/Linux

uname -a
Linux 3.10.0-962.3.2.lvel.5.60.e17.x86_64

i guess it only works for eachs abo only special, as this is a reseller account
