[PMM] Problem migrating from Plesk 8.2.1 to Plesk 8.3

Since I have very bad experiences with upgrading Plesk I usually create a freshly installed system and migrate the clients to that system.
When this is successful I remove the old one.
But nowadays even migrating fails :(

The Plesk 8.2.1 server:
Version: 8.2.1
OS: Ubuntu 6.06 64bit

The Plesk 8.3 server:
Version: 8.3
OS: Ubuntu 6.06 64bit

When I migrate clients from the old to the new server I get errors in the Migration Manager.
The migration tool seems to be unable to migrate all user-installed applications from the application vault.

This is the error I get for all clients that have those application vault applications installed:

I can't find anything wrong in the log, except for the error given. (without detailed output)
 
The onle thing you can check is that PostNuke application installed on destination server.

If it is so, I suggest you to contact SWsoft support, because there no known issues related to this problem and this case needs to be investigated.
 
There are indeed changes in the Application Vault.
Many applications are not longer there.

But I should at least be able to migrate the old ones to the new server. (After all, the data is already in the users httpdocs/databases).

and I am migrating from plesk 8.3.0 on fc4 to 8.3.0 on fc6

the problem is with
Execution of
/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/siteapp-registrar.php

it's a script we cannot alter

when will swsoft look into this and send us a fix?
 
I contacted SWsoft via the contactform, [email protected], [email protected] 2 weeks ago.... no reaction at all.

Somehow they never respond and every release has a lot of problems.
Not one update went without problems.
Now even migrating seems to be impossible.

I'm looking for another product now....
