pmm utility 'backup-sign' raised an exception. Error code is: -1

At my whit's end now with this!

I attempted an upgrade to plesk 10 which did not complete, and caused me no end of problems. So decided to revert back to 9.5.4.

This backup was made in 9.5.4 and I have wiped my server and reinstalled plesk 9.5.4 but when I restore my backup I get 'pmm utility 'backup-sign' raised an exception. Error code is: -1'

Has anyone any ideas whats up, how the hell do I fix this? my clients are going nuts! I've got plenty of disk space and am running Windows Server 2008 with SP2 installed and everything up to date.

I have not found any errors in provided log. Do you have other log with related error?
