Pop3 and webmail it's dead

I ave cancel a client, domain and email in Plesk.
I ave create new client, the same domain and email but when i try to access to webmail whit the password don't access (login error) and the pop3 service don't work (I try to download email in Outlook).

How I can test and restore the services?

Help..Thx
