Port 25 closed and qmail started

After deleting messages from the queue and starting qmail, port 25 is closed. How can I open the port?
My running qmail processes are:
qmails 17737 0.0 0.0 1436 352 pts/0 S 17:43 0:00 qmail-send
qmaill 17741 0.0 0.0 1396 416 pts/0 S 17:43 0:00 splogger qmail
root 17742 0.0 0.0 1424 324 pts/0 S 17:43 0:00 qmail-lspawn ./Maildir/

qmailq 17744 0.0 0.0 1388 300 pts/0 S 17:43 0:00 qmail-clean

Problem solved by running /var/qmail/bin/qmail_install_post.sh
Spamd gave a problem, but also solved after a reboot.
